From the Altar to the Heart: Deepening Our Love for Jesus in the Eucharist

Presented by Sr. Christina Roberts, IHM

The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith. Through learning, prayer, and quiet reflection, you will have the opportunity to grow in a renewed appreciation for the gift of the Eucharist and a deeper desire to encounter Christ at the heart of the Mass and in your everyday lives. We will explore the parts of the Mass, uncovering the meaning, symbolism, and spiritual richness of the Church’s liturgy. You will be invited to deepen your love for the Eucharist through prayer, reflection, and time spent in the presence of Jesus, discovering new ways to encounter Him and carry His love into daily life.
