Sr. Ruth Bolarte, IHM

Sr. Ruth Bolarte,IHM is a native of Peru. She graduated with a doctorate in ministry from the School of Theology and Religious Studies from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She completed her certification as Spiritual Director at Cranaleith Spiritual Center. An area of focus in her work has been the impact of cultural identities in our spiritual journey. Her ministry among various ethnic groups has offered her opportunities to be enriched with diverse religious practices. She is, also, adjunct professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at Villanova University. She enjoys the ocean, puzzles, and mystery movies.
